100GT is a new design automatic aerosol filling on the base of 1600G. Microcomputer (PLC) programmable control,photoeltricity sensing. It consisted of 1 set bov sealing &gas filler,2-3 sets high pressure liquid filler. Use the screw bottles pusher instead manual work. It has two working model:manually intermittent filling and automatic intermittent filling, intermittent time is
adjustable,very flexible and efficient. Working Principle

Bag on Valve Aerosol Filling Machine Working Principle:

100GT semi-Automatic bag on valve aerosol filling machine is force compressed air into the can, sealed with a bag on valve. Then filling raw materials into the bag. Make sure the raw materials and can body are completely isolated. Propellants by compressed air (purified) replaces the LPG liquefied gas, DME etc, solving the hassle from leakage caused by original materials corrosion the cans.
Open the valve when using, the inner compressed air pressure bag and extrusion the raw material out of cans. After the raw materials out completely, the inner compressed air is still there, it can repeat filling.

Through liquid filling machine, raw material will be filled into the inside bag of the can ,and entirely separate from can body,which prevents the trouble of the can leak due to raw material corrosion . During using, its valve shall be opened to make compressed air in the can to force the raw material in the bag out of the can . When raw material is fully ejected, compressed air in the can still retains and then be used for repeated filling. Form of ejected raw material mist is variable by changing the valve actuator.
